We only carry a limited inventory of products, with most of the products being produced “on-demand”. Many of our products are original pieces of work and we want to ensure that we allocate sufficient time and attention to make each piece a true work of art. Our giclee prints are produced by a third-party partner who is capable of ensuring a quality product we can stand behind. Our 2-week shipping policy accounts for receipt of our product from our printing partner. If you ever have a question about an order status, please email info@waquoitbayfishcompany.com and we will be happy to provide an update.

We charge a nominal flat rate fee for shipping to cover the increasing postage costs we’re incurring. If you are local to the Upper Cape Cod area, please feel free to use the local pickup option and swing by the studio to pick up your product.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we can make it right. We do accept returns for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the order purchase date. Refunds will only be credited to the original form of payment. Please email info@waquoitbayfishcompany.com to arrange for returns. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your refund/exchange to be completed.

Giclee is just a fancy term for a high-quality ink print. Standard inkjet prints are made using dye-based inks. Giclee prints are made using pigment-based inks and can therefore attain higher resolution and colors that are true to the original artwork. Additionally, giclee inks are archival quality, meaning that the works are colorfast and won’t fade over time. Our giclee prints are printed on high-quality (~300 gsm) archival paper.
